Villaggio Miramare is right on the beachside, near Livorno. I would definitely stay there again, it is much nicer than anything I saw in Livorno itself. The restaurant is great, really fresh delicious food- the steak was mind-blowingly good! The house red was only 7Euro and absolutely delicious.

We booked 4persons apartments. There is a small villa. Not modern, but good enough. It is not hotel, more like camping with a lot of mini-villas. Located about 15km from Livorno. It is not possible to get inside by car after 22.00. if you are looking for hotel to explore Livorno - try to find something closer to the city.
There was rather cold. No washing mashine, but Booked.net noted, that it should be. Internet connection doesn't work in villa, but wifi works outside.

Great with private rooms (bungalows), great and affordable restaurant (serving was in our case very fast) and nice pool area. Many children, mainly Italian.
would not stay there for more than 1-3 days unless it is used as a base to see e.g. Pisa etc. No internet except outside close to reception (password protected)

We have stopped for 1 day in a bungalow. The bed-clothes are given. It is very easy to find. The ware in number is available. The microwave isn't present on kitchen. Для путешествующих на машине. Мы остановились на 1 день в бунгало. Постельное белье предоставляется. Очень легко найти. Посуда в номере имеется. Микроволновой печи нет. Берег моря - камни и не очень чистый.
Nearby there passes the railway. The big noise from trains at night and in the morning. In a room of the hotel there is no desk lamp. It is difficult to read. Рядом проходит железная дорога. Большой шум от поездов ночью и утром. В номере отеля нет ни одной настольной лампы. Трудно читать.

This camping has everything you need. Nice place, supermarket, restaurant, beach, swimmingpools. Bungalowe was spacious and available also for two persons. It is a good starting point for trips to Pisa, Firenze, Cinque terre.
Beach is rocky, small and with a lot of people, but for just a few days it is ok. Price is also a bit high (for camping without breakfast).

The room was comfy with multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area, pleasant views. Generally everything was great. The location was great and stunning, just off Livorno. Basically on the coast so easy to get to the beach and restaurant. Plus, it was approx 10 mins walk from Spiaggia del Maroccone.

we did not like anything - absolutely disappointing, specially for this prize - 100 € a day - no cleaning, no change of towels, fridge was dirty and damaged - nobody cared for that. We had to throw garbage outside of the Villaggio - on a busy highway.
we didnt like the fact that there is no beach - one can not swim in the sea - although you can see it. Very dangerous entrance to shallow water and full of sharp stones. Swimming pool crowded with noisy children - because it is accessible for non-residents. Service in restaurant was the slowest we have seen in ages. Villaggio looks like a refugee camp, full of tents, cars & trailers - everything is noisy, we do not recommend it to no one - except if you get a apartment for free.
